| As internists, we have a uniquely broad perspective in caring for patients. Individualized, compassionate care is what every patient expects and deserves and is the type of care we are proud to offer. A cornerstone of our approach is to educate, enable and involve the patients in directing their own care. Preventive care, screening, risk factor modification, health promotion are all key elements in our practice. We provide periodic physical exam, diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and can refer to a broad network of sub-specialists in the area and at other medical centers. Our physicians are all Board Certified internists and have academic appointments at Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons. |
